The Phelps Business Development & Tourism Council, Inc. was formed in 2006 with support from the Mary Preston Foundation. We are a non-profit organization, with the mission of developing sustainable economic growth in Phelps through thoughtful planning and collaboration with the community, county and state.
Our approach is twofold:
1) Develop the vision and infrastructure for new businesses,
2) provide support for existing businesses to help them become as productive and lucrative as possible.

Phelps Grows!
To promote Phelps and the BDTC, to help it become self-sustaining, we have begun our campaign.
The coaster series, designed and manufactured by Seneca Ceramics, Inc. is our first product for 2008. Stay tuned for new Phelps Grows products such as the reusable Phelps bag.
