Buffalo Soldiers – Monday, May 21, 2012 at 7:30 p.m., American Legion Post #457, 1346 Rte 96, Phelps, NY. The Phelps Community Historical Society and Pennington-Moye VFW Post 9251 present  Buffalo Soldiers . This presentation is a history of African-American soldiers, “Buffalo Soldiers”, of the 9th and 10th Cavalry from the 1800′s. For more information call 315-548-4940. Free  and open to the public.
