Want a personal tour of Phelps' downtown or cemeteries? 1.5 to 2 hour guided excursions are offered by PCHS. Select a tour guide – costumed from a period in Phelps history, or in street clothes. Guide fee: $2 person for school/senior groups and $5 person for any other groups and sizes. Minimum fee is $40 for private groups of less than 7 people. Wear sturdy shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Don't forget to bring extra pin money for coffee, pastries, and gifts!
