Kettlebell/Handweights:  Strength training, muscle conditioning, and aerobic endurance all in one.  Equipment needed: Kettlebell or handweights (your choice of pounds).   Instructor: Kandace Devall
When:  Monday & Wednesday  from 6:45 to 7:15pm.
Cost:  $4.00
Seniors (65 and older) $3 per class
Silver & Fit can be used for this class
