AARP Drivers Safety Program
Must attend class on 9/14 from 5pm -9pm and 9/16 from 5pm to 9pm to receive insurance discount. Pre Register by calling 315-548-8484 or 315-289-8820. AARP members $12.00, Non-members $14.00.
Summer Youth Garden Program
“Plant It Forward”
Come join us for the “2010 Plant it Forward” summer garden program for kids ages 7-12 yrs old. The goal of this garden program is to help the kids embrace nature as a whole, enjoy growing and eating healthy foods and to become good stewards of the earth. But most of all to share their experiences and knowledge gained to “Plant It Forward”! The kids from last summers program had a great time and grew a rainbow of vegetables! This year we will also be helping to support the PCC Food Pantry with fresh produce throughout the summer.
This is a weekly summer program meets every Wednesday during summer vacation from 9-12noon. The kids will enjoy hands on garden experience, crafts and fun educational games. This class is full, but check back often to see pictures of the program.
