Become a member of PCHS. Our vision is to inspire and enrich community memory by telling the story of Phelps. Using interactive and engaging programs and exhibits; we strive to be accessible, exciting and a vital community partner. We encourage residents and visitors to discover the past, and to connect to our local history, culture and heritage with contemporary life.

Monthly newsletter – full of news, events, calendar listings, guest articles, exhibit and upcoming programs as well as a special feature article from the town historian, Mr. Don Tiffany.
Membership Discount 1)- a 5-10% discount on purchases made in the giftshop; 2) special reduced rates on tickets and events where a fee is charged.
Membership Research ability to use the research library and records for genealogical and other searches.
How to Join:
Membership rate is $15. It is good from 12 months from the date of joining.
