Arts & Crafts Show
The Sauerkraut Arts & Crafts Show features a variety of high quality craftsmen.
Dear crafter, You are invited to participate in the 2010 Phelps Sauerkraut Arts And Crafts Show, to be held on Thursday, August 5th and Saturday, August 7th. The show will be at its usual location at the Fireman’s grounds on Ontario Street in the Village of Phelps, NY. We hope you will join us.

Vendor Instructions |
| Set up: | Exhibitors may set up after 12 noon on Thursday, August 5th. |
| Times: | The official show times are: Friday 5 – 9pm, Saturday 10am – 9pm, (You may stay open later if you bring battery powered lights.) |
| Clean Up: | All vendors must clean up their spaces by 7pm on Sunday August 8th. |
| Spaces: | Your non-refundable fee will reserve you a 10’ wide by 10’ deep display. Display tables, chairs, tents, and supervision and clean up of individual areas will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitors. There are limited indoor spaces available. |
| Parking: | There will be vehicle access to the craft show site during set up and clean up. There will be no vehicles on the craft show site during show times. Parking will be available first come, first served. There is NO overnightparking on the festival grounds for craft show vendors. There are two local campgrounds: Junius Ponds, off route 318, 315-781-5120 and Cheerful Valley on route 14, 315-781-1222. |
| Terms: | We are proud that this is a family event. We absolutely do not allow the sale of any real or decorative weapons, including but not limited to, edged (knives, etc.) or projectile weapons, nor any tobacco or alcohol products. We reserve the right to ask vendors not complying with these terms to remove the items and / or leave the premises without a refund. We want to continue our family friendly atmosphere. |
| Utilities: | In 2010 there may be electricity available for an additional fee. This is being considered, and will be announced at a later date. For vendors that need electricity, you may bring a generator with a noise reduction hood. |
| Security: | 24-hour security is provided. However, due to the limited funds of our festival, the Sauerkraut Festival Committee, Phelps Fire Dept, Town and Village of Phelps can not guarantee any lost or stolen property, nor be responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries incurred. |
