6:00 PM: Kiddie Parade led by “McGruff “Police Dog – Starts at Redfield Park and ends at Festival Grounds, all kids are welcome!

6:00-11:00 PM: Midway Rides Open– Kiddie Special $14.00 (from 6-10 PM)

6:30-11:00 PM: CABBAGE BOWLING

FRIDAY, AUGUST 6, 2010

5:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Arts & Crafts Show (at Firemen’s Hall)

5:00-11:00 PM: Midway Rides Open

5:00-11:00 PM: Cabbage Bowling

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM : Wine & Cheese Pairing by Wegman’s (at Firemen’s Hall)

6:00 PM – Till: Phelps Community Organizations (under Pavilion)

6:00 PM KRAUT IDOL CONTEST (under pavilion, DJ Ken Paradise)

8:00-Midnight: Hazer Live Music Under the Tent (sponsored by the Phelps Fire Department)

SATURDAY, AUGUST 7, 2010

8:00 AM: 20K Road Race (starting at Phelps Community Center,  8 Banta Street)

10:00 AM – NOON: Safety Demos for Children – Smoke House, Safety Seats, K9 Demos, Fingerprinting, DARE, “petting zoo” – all under or near the Pavilion

11:00 AM The Living Collection interactive show (under Pavilion)

10:00 am – 1:30 PM: Mustang Rally at the Community Center (Rain date for Rally is Sunday)

10:00 AM – 9:00PM: Arts & Crafts Show at Firemen’s Hall (with a traditional roving troubadour, Ken Hynson)

10:00 AM – Till: Phelps Community Organizations (under Pavilion)

10:00-11:00 AM FREE DECORATE A CABBAGE HEAD (Firehall by Arts & Crafts)
Judging Cabbage Heads at Noon

10:30-12:00 PM: Phelps Historical Society Open House & Walking Tour – FREE 10:30 AM meet on the porch of the Howe House. Take a walking excursion in this enchanting downtown featuring 5 buildings on the National Historic Register (you will get to go inside at least 2 of the buildings). NOON – MIDNIGHT: Midway Rides Open

2:00 PM: SAUERKRAUT FESTIVAL PARADE, “ A Community in Unity,” from South Wayne and Main Street to the Festival Ground on Ontario Street.

2:00PM-Midnight: CABBAGE BOWLING

2:30 PM: Masonic Chicken BBQ (Masonic Temple next to the Festival Grounds)

3:00-4:00 PM: Mustang Rally (Main Street, Downtown and Awards Ceremony)

4:00-7:00 PM: Block Party, Church  Street, Downtown

10:30 PM: Fireworks by American Fireworks(25-30 minutes)
