Food and beverages of all sorts!  Hot dogs, hamburgers, hot sausage, corn on the cob, salt potatoes, pizza, fried dough, kielbasa, perogies, tacos, barbecue, kabobs, clams, chicken wings, roast beef, sandwiches, turkey legs,  homemade ice cream, sauerkraut cake, fresh squeezed lemonade, smoothies, root beer floats,  beer, hard lemonade, and much, much more!  Of course, all of these food items taste better with sauerkraut!

Vendor Information

The 2012 Phelps Sauerkraut Festival will be held August 2nd to the 4th, 2012 at the festival grounds on Ontario Street in Phelps. The Festival Committee will do its best to place vendors in the same spots as previous years as specified on the application.  If you have any special needs, concerns or have questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please contact me for an application.  Your Food Vendor Packet must be signed and returned along with your non-refundable deposit by July 1, 2012 to the Chairperson listed on the application. We hope you will be able to join us this year as we celebrate our 46th year! We are anticipating a wonderful 2012 festival.  If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
