Supervisor Teed called the Special Emergency Town Board Meeting to order at 5:00 PM

4. Executive Session
|
Councilman Dole, offered the following Resolution. RESOLVED that, the Town Board move into Executive Session at 5:03 PM with the Town Clerk, Highway Superintendent and Deputy Highway Superintendent in attendance to discuss a personnel matter. The Resolution was seconded by Councilwoman Day, who moved its adoption. 5 AYES. Motion carried.
Councilwoman Day, offered the following Resolution. RESOLVED that, the Town Board come out of Executive
Session at 6:20 PM. The Resolution was seconded by Councilman Mattoon, who moved its adoption. 5 AYES.
Motion carried.
Councilman Mattoon, offered the following Resolution. RESOLVED that, the Town Board go back into Regular Session at 6:21 PM. The Resolution was seconded by Councilwoman Day, who moved its adoption. 5 AYES.
Motion carried.
The Board and Superintendent Featherly discussed the Mowing Contract. Supervisor Teed said all the bids we
received were over the budgeted amount. Superintendent Featherly said he went over the list and eliminated
3 of the original sites that were bid. He said the Highway Department would continue to mow the Ball field on Mill Street, the Salt Building on Mill Street and the Water Tower on Waddell Road. Supervisor Teed asked for
a Resolution to rebid the mowing.
Councilman Dole, offered the following Resolution. RESOLVED that, the Mowing Bids be
reissued without the Ball field, Salt Shed and Water Tower included in the bid. This should
bring the cost of the bids in at a lower amount. The Resolution was seconded by Council-
woman Day, who moved its adoption. 5 AYES. Motion carried.
There was discussion about a pickup truck for use by the Water Districts. Supervisor Teed asked for a
Resolution to seek State bids for a ¾ Ton, 4-wheel drive pickup with plow package.
Councilman Dole offered the following Resolution. RESOLVED that, the Highway Superintendent
seek State bids for a ¾ Ton, 4-wheel drive with plow package to be used by the Water Districts. The Resolution was seconded by Councilwoman Day, who moved its adoption. 5 AYES. Motion carried.

Councilwoman Day offered the following Resolution. RESOLVED that, the
Special Emergency Town Board Meeting be adjourned. The Resolution was seconded
by Councilman Beechler, who moved its adoption. 5 AYES. Motion carried.
