The Special Phelps Town Board Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Teed at 6:00 PM.

Pledge Of Allegiance

Supervisor Teed led the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Town Board Executive Session
|
Councilwoman Day, offered the following Resolution. RESOLVED that, the Town Board move into Executive Session with the Town Clerk in attendance at 6:04 PM to discuss a Personnel Matter. The Resolution was seconded by Councilman Dole, who moved its adoption. 4 AYES. Motion carried.
Councilwoman Day, offered the following Resolution. RESOLVED that, the
Town Board come out of Executive Session at 6:25 PM. The Resolution was seconded by Councilman Mattoon, who moved its adoption. 4 AYES. Motion carried.
Supervisor Teed called the meeting back to order at 6:26 PM.

Offer Water & Sewer Maintenance Assistant Position (see attached).

Appointment
|
Councilwoman Day offered the following Resolution. RESOLVED that, the
Town Board authorize Supervisor Teed to appoint Michael Vienna to the
position of Water & Sewer Maintenance Assistant, if Mr. Vienna accepts the
position. The Resolution was seconded by Councilman Mattoon, who moved its
adoption.
