Call To Order
|
The Special Year-End Board Meeting was called to order by Supervisor
Teed at 10:10 AM on December 18, 2006. Supervisor Teed said we would dispense with the usual formalities.

Resolutions
|
- Approval of Phelps Ambulance Contract (see attached).
- Transfer of Funds to Balance Accounts (see attached).
|
|
Discussion With the Supervisor
|
- Supervisor Teed asked how the Committee Members were doing with
the Employee Policy Manual. Councilman Dole and Councilwoman Day
have started working on that project and will continue to develop that manual.
- There was general discussion of various Town matters and plans for the upcoming year.

Next Regular Town Board Meeting
|
Supervisor Teed announced that the next Regular Town Board Meeting
would also be our Organizational Meeting. That meeting will be held on
Monday, January 8, 2007 at the Phelps Town Court/Meeting Facility, 1331 Rt. 88, Phelps at 7:00 PM.

Adjournment
|
Councilman Dole, offered the following Resolution. RESOLVED that, the
Town Board meeting be adjourned. The Resolution was seconded by Councilman Mattoon, who moved its adoption. 5 AYES. Motion carried.
