TOWN WATER AND SEWER BILLS
Town of Phelps Water Bills are sent to residents quarterly. If the bills are not paid by the due date, a 10% late fee is assessed to the amount due.

Credit Cards Accepted!
The Town of Phelps accepts credit cards for water bill payments. We charge a fee of $1.75 for amounts up to $64.00 and 2.75% for amounts above $64.00. This fee is required to to be paid by the customer. The Town cannot use tax payers money to pay the bank fees; so that charge has to be paid by the individual using the card. This is the only way we can offer credit card payments.
